Transfer of files

• All transfers of files are done over the internet. This method is much safer than any kind of hard format transfer (mail, messenger, express delivery service).
• Most of our clients send their files by email. If you wish, we may set up an encryption protocol.
• Some clients favor exchanging data via our FTP server. You may access your folder on our server thanks to your login and password. If you wish, the data exchange can also be encrypted using the highest standard of encryption (128 SSL).

On the transcription site

• All employees are contractually bound by a full confidentiality clause.
• Discussion on clients’ matter is strictly forbidden, even within the office premises. Any breach of that clause implies the immediate dismissal from the company.
• Documents neither on soft- nor on hard- format can leave the office premises; except soft-format between your firm and EditTalk.
• Your clients and your firm are oceans away from EditTalk transcription site. Distance and culture differences make any discussion completely irrelevant here.
• Finally, were those three points not sufficient for your own confidentiality agreements, you can always choose to include neither proper nouns nor identifiers in your dictations.
